In order to adapt the protocol to your specific health concerns, you will get a 30-minute individual prep call during the first week of the program.
To make sure you get the most long-lasting benefits from this program, ,you will get a 30-minute individual wrap-up call at the end of the program.
You will be invited to join the Hormone Gut Solution Program's whatsapp discussion forum, which will be moderated by your health coach who will provide information, tips and answer questions on a daily basis to keep you motivated!
